Our 10 year old Shepard mix abbi will not let anyone clip her nails. She’s blacklisted at all groomers. The last time we had her nails clipped she had to be put under. With her age this is just not an option anymore. I didn’t have high hopes for this rig, but I’ll be darned if this combined with a muzzle worked! It was a two person job for sure and the person that wasn’t clipping nails was sure to offer support to her we only stepped away for this one photo (mainly bc I felt like no one would believe me). We already had the hook in the garage that held a punching bag so we knew it was secure. Seriously though. This was perfect. Her toes are no longer splayed out bc of her long nails. It wasn’t easy, but it was a lot safer than putting her under anesthesia. We also asked a groomer friend about this and she too said this was safe!

  • Advanced Dog Wheelchairs For Small Dogs
This is my second time purchasing this item. My dog is recently paraplegic, initially late September of 2021. It was scary and heartbreaking. I had only had him for about 2 years, since the age of 3. He became paralyzed a few days before his birthday, of which he turned 5 years old. He's still very young. Before he became disabled, my dog was already quite timid and frantic- he was easily scared by basically any inanimate object that moved, especially boxes for some reason. I didn't have him as a pup so idk why. Anyway, I felt like putting him in a wheelchair would be impossible because of his fear of being "inside" of things. The first time I bought this exact wheelchair, he hated it. He didn't know how to move. He kept rolling backward and trying to lay down. I kept trying but nothing seemed to work, so I returned it. Months go by and I would just walk him with a towel, but it got tiring. I kept looking for a wheelchair right for his size that would help him, but wheelchairs are very expensive! I ended up reordering this one, except this time with the supporting strap in the middle. I had to adjust it many times, but I finally found a nice balance for him. When I would take him out for a walk, he'd run off in full sprint but when it came time for him to move on his own without a leash, it was like he couldn't. He was frozen, would not move, and would lay down. I figured out why- it's because of the strap that goes UNDERNEATH his arms (armpits)! It brought him discomfort and made him feel like he couldn't move his arms properly. In the pictures I have provided, you can see that I tuck that strap to the side. He moves perfectly now on his own and he loves going outside and walking. If your dog does not like this chair initially, please try to readjust and see how they like some straps being on/off. That was the main issue for me and my dog goes full speed in this thing on his own!! He was already a fast boy on 4 legs and he's just as fast now on 2 and wheels!!!

  • Dog NO-Knuckling Training Brace
Overall idea is great and I'm sure the product would work fine for other dogs, but this is the smallest size available and it is too big for my dachshund. The brace is slightly too tall, so the velcro will not fasten as intended. And the fleece pad for under the toe is HUGE. Bigger than my dachshund's foot, so there's no way for it to fit under the toes as a support. Again, sure it works just fine for other dogs. But it'd be nice if there were multiple sized fleece pads included so that it can be further customized to each dog's foot.

  • Dog Wheelchairs for Dog Leg Paralyzed Weakness
I rarely write reviews but think it's worth it. This wheelchair has changed my dog and my life in a big way. It took a while to figure out how to get the dog in and out of the wheelchair efficiently, but now we have a system that works. I have a very loyal dog so it was easy to train him to use it. His back legs still have some use (but very limited), and the chair makes him feel like he's walking again. We're still strengthening his front legs, but we're already doing a 1+ mile walk. I highly recommend this chair.

  • Dog NO-Knuckling Training Brace
This brace works well for my dog. He was bit by another dog on his front left foot. I got this brace to help stretch his foot back to the proper bend.

  • Full Body Dog Lift Harness
I have a mixed breed dog so it's difficult to find clothes that fit. As a 15-year-old old dog, recently he started to sit down as if his back was broken during a walk. I was looking for an item to support, and I found it here. I bought L size with a back side of 45 cm, waist circumference of 60 cm, and leg width of 33 cm. It fits perfectly and is OK first. She does not dislike it and does not seem to have any trouble walking. It's a little thick, so it doesn't seem cold even when the wind blows. Since it can be adjusted with a belt, it seems to be able to cover even if there is a waist circumference to some extent. I think that it can be said that it is a good item if the leg width matches!

  • Fordable Dog Wheelchairs For Dog Back Legs
Recently purchased this for my 8 year old German Shepard. She was hit by a car and it was devastating, now she barely wants to get up or do anything at all. After buying this wheelchair for her shes much more active. Loves to go on walks with me now. It fits great, works great and was a great investment for my little girl. She loves the wheelchair and so do I.

  • LISPOO Dog Knee Brace With Adjustable Hinge Stabilizer
My 13.5 year old golden retriever does well with it. Her activity level has increased along with a pain med. It slips a bit on her lower back when she rises from lying down but, is easy to readjust, velcro on top. The brace is also easy to place on her injured knee. I remove it at night for her comfort while she sleeps.

Using this I, a petite person, can carry my 80+lbs GSD with an injury down 3 flights of stairs and my sister and I can share the load and get him back up the stairs. That's the miracle we needed and I'll take it. It's not super comfortable, but it works. However, there two some design flaws that if addressed would make this 5 star worthy. 1) The velcro straps that hold the center piece on are useless as is. They're far too long and the "sticky" part is only on the ends. I had to make alterations to get them to hit the right spot to grip and without them, it's almost impossible to get the sling on without help. 2) The pad for the shoulder strap should be wider and thicker and it would be great to have two for when using with a partner. 3) I tried this XXl on my 80 lbs GSD and tried the XL on him and my 60 lbs cattle dog, and don't think there's any possible way the "pee hole" would ever be effective. It's not possible to get the sling tight enough or stable enough for that to align correctly as far as I can tell.
