Ok so I had to come write a review!! This is seriously the best automatic pet feeder slash camera ever!! Ok so a little background, my husband and I have 3 cats that we love so much. We were so worried about going on our trip and leaving them for a long period of time!! So I bought this and 4 security cameras to give us a little peace of mind lol. I hooked up everything and put the feeder in a spot where the babies do most of their lying around time lol then I hooked up tje security cameras around the house and let me tell you that this pet feeders camera is like 100 times better than our security cameras!! And it does more for me then the security cameras do haha. I can feed them, talk to them take screen shots and vidoes of them. Night vision is really good! We left a light on in the house just in case but being able to watch them and know they're Ok and able to feed them from my phone and set up an automatic timer to feed them. It even has motion detection that alerts me when somebody is In front of it. You can also turn it off if you want . It also doesn't charge you extra for storage. It just saves it to yoir phone. My security cameras (which I'll be returning) will only let you see live footage. If you want any recorded time it charges you and the quality isn't even half as good as this one. So bottom line if your worried about your fur babies and want a little Extra peace if mind def splurge a little. It's worth it!! And your fur babies will be happy to hear your voice while your away!!

This thing is lovely. My partner and I got this to ensure that our shy kitty was eating while we were away for a week and a had a stranger in the house. The motion detection was able to pick up movement fairly easily and would send us notifications whenever she ate or played in front of the camera. While on vacation, it was great to get notifications and be able to check in on our cat. Additionally, we positioned it to face our front door allowing it to double as a security camera for if anyone came into the house or if our pet sitter didn't arrive. why i love it : - Does its job well - Great price for what you get. - Widely adjustable portion sizes - Can turn phone notifications on/off - Can check the live feed from anywhere - You can schedule multiple feeding times per day - You can trigger additional feeding if desired - Includes 2-way communication between your phone - decent night-sight

*Enjoy the piggy pic!*We bought this feeder so we are able to keep an eye on our potbelly Peter Porker! He’s starting to our grow it now, but we have absolutely LOVED this little device! It has made it super easy for us to keep an eye on things when we go out of town and I LOVE that we can always say hi to him anytime we want to when we’re away and give him a serving of his food whenever we feel like it! Sometimes the app is a little finicky, but other than that it’s been great for us! I’ve shared this app with our family so they can also check in on the pig whenever they want and they love it, but I wish you could control what they can and cannot do. I’ve came home to a fat piggy on some days because they kept giving him food lol!

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about this feeder. And I am not using it for when I go on vacation either. It’s for ALL the time. Why? Cat food that stays out gets stale. The cats smell that it’s old and always go to the fresher food. This keeps the dry food in the hopper and releases it as you want either on a schedule or on command. My cats preferred this to their regular bowl I would always keep filled. The ONLY drawback is that you need a 2.4GHZ WiFi connection for the initial setup. Most have this option so it shouldn’t be an issue. Once it’s setup it is completely customizable. Love it more than I thought I would.

I got this feeder as a way to feed my cat during a day-long trip from home. I tested it out for a week before leaving for the trip and it is wonderful! I now consistently have it feeding my cat, which helps when I want to sleep in during the mornings or have any day-long trips. The feeder being double powered, by an electric plug or by battery, is very comforting. I even tested it out myself by unplugging it and it stayed on the whole day feeding my cat right on time for each meal For the food I feed my cat, one portion is about 1/16th of a cup. The manual is easily understandable, it is easy to customize the meal time and portions (each meal time can have its own different portions!). This is a solid product for a great price!

It has been a WONDERFUL feeder for my Frenchie, she absolutely LOVES it. It always feeds her the correct amount at the correct time. Since she is still a puppy I have her set up for three feedings a day & I'm able to adjust just how much she receives for each feeding. I love that I'm able to record a message and she hears it for every feeding. Highly recommend this feeder.

It is my first feeder. Very nice and simple to use and program with capability to adjust the portions. I use this feeder to feed my two cats. Even if we are not going away for the entire day, it is nice to get my cats extra food while I am at work. In this case I set it to setting 2 or 3 portions per one feed. It is very reliable with cat's small granular food that I use. It was interesting that if I set to feed the cat several times a day when I am at home she starts to pay more attention to the feeder and less to me - so I prefer to feed cats personally when I am at home.
