You'll get a few extra parts and screws to replace the little things that are missing or worn. The wheels are very strong and the whole unit fits perfectly. Your learning curve is short and it's easy to put animals in it, but you'll get the hang of it quickly.

I am very happy with my puppy's new wheelchair! I have a 3 year old 12lb Boston Terrier who has IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease) and is paralyzed from the waist down. I've looked at all wheelchairs and this one seems adequate and affordable. We put him in for the first time this morning and he seemed to really like it. Easily adjusted to fit my puppy. I'm sure he'll be running laps with other dogs again soon.
