It was set up pretty easily. We have good wifi, so connection was a breeze. It reliably dispenses the exact amount programmed. We bought this because we are going out of town and since our cat is semi-feral, we are hoping this feeding system will work well while we are gone. Love that I can see my cat at the feeder.

Great product. well designed. wheels were a bit noisy, but that is about my only complain. setting dog on it takes a few secs in my case. **I would recommend to take a look on your pet. if your pet wants to move around. chair should be ok. but if your pet just wants to be in bed.... he may not do well on it (he won't move). the chair doesn't leave rashes or marks on your pet. Anyway great product overall.
