LISPOO Dog Knee Brace With Adjustable Hinge Stabilizer

Seams to working, she's only a year old so we are just trying to slower her down so her slipping knee cap can heal. She was hurting her knee by chasing her tail and jumping off the back of the couch! Poor little Muppet. But she got used to the brace after only 6 hours and it's inhabiting her from injuring herself but not from doing normal dog stuff like using stairs.

This brace did not work at all on my lab. He is full grown. It slipped off the back end. I couldn't get it from hooked on both sides. And I got a large which was what was supposed to fit him. And my vet says that it did not come up high enough on his hip for an ACL brace and it just didn't work and I want other people to know it. I appreciate the fact that they sent me another size because I thought maybe I had one too big but that one did the same thing and it was way too small. So I do appreciate that but it was a useless brace. Thank you

Solid support for the price point.He is able to put the leg down and walk on it slowly. It has allowed me to have a little less worry not that he has stabillity on that leg. This is a great product from an awesome company.

Dog Acl Braces Fix Joint Damage Knee Braces for Dogs

I have a 5 year old shihtzu who is turning 6 in a couple of months and he recently had an injury where he jumped up and off of my boyfriends leg and the second he landed he was screaming. We took him to the emergency hospital and they told us that he had a luxating patella and needed surgery. A couple of days later we had a consultation with the surgeon who recommended trying to walk him for small amounts each day, get him on a joint diet, restrict him from turning fast and jumping, and have him lose some weight to keep pressure off those back legs. Unfortunately his hips and legs are weak so surgery would be inevitable in the future as he ages or if this treatment doesnt work. Ive learned how to pop it back in but I only do it after his pain medication kicks in but we were extremely sad that our boy’s quality of life would change as he used to love running and playing with our other dogs. With the ongoing pandemic it is extremely hard on us fund wise so we decided to try our best at home with helping him recover and even doing water therapy at home where we put a life jacket on him and have him swim for 1min at a time. We were recommended to try using a knee brace by a trusted and well knowledgeable mentor and I think this is the best decision we could have done so far. Our shihtzu of course was a little awkward at first when we first put it on him as he would walk with his butt to one side but after he got used to it he walked with a ton of more confidence than he has for the past week. When he stands still after walking in the yard his back legs usually shake but today when we took him outside its like he was a complete different dog ! We will keep using this everyday along with a joint diet, minimal exercise, and water therapy in our tub. We definitely love this product !

Just received this product today, simply because it seems to be of good quality and finish. So I'm giving it 4 stars (my standards are pretty strict, which is already a pretty high rating). If it does help in the follow-up with Basset, who has a bad rear leg, I will most likely change the rating to 5 stars.

LISPOO Dog Knee ACL Brace With Metal Splint Hinged Flexible Support

My dog has suffered dislocations on and off for several years. According to the vet there is little we can do. We bought this brace hoping that it may give him some pain relief during a recent injury. Overall, I am happy with it. His leg is in a supported position. I was very shocked that the dog didn't tear it off as he is normally very rambunctious and tears everything up. I take that as a sign that it feels good on and it isn't bothering him. I do wish I knew to also but the chest strap. However, we were able to clip it to his collar to the brace from sliding off.
