First off, I've always been a shipwreck. My golden retriever has hip dysplasia and had a benign lump removed on his front leg a month ago. I ordered this sling because I live on the second floor of an apartment building and since his surgery he has been hesitant to go up the steps. When I saw the bag, I knew the suspenders were going to be special. The sling is very soft but strong. The shoulder straps are adjustable for easier grip. Now I can use it on him to help him walk up the steps.
