My Masi was diagnosed with hip dysplasia, and my vet suggested a hip brace, so I searched online and found crawlpaw's hip brace. To be honest, I think it is very effective, but my Masi's muscles have been atrophying, so I bought a larger one. Finally, I asked customer service if I could exchange it, and they quickly sent me a replacement. I am very grateful for their service, and the replacement is free.
