I bought this after returning another that did not have a camera. It is so nice to be three hours away, and be able to see and talk to him. He has the schedule down now and runs so fast to it, he looks like a hologram sometimes on the pictures we've taken. Best $120 I have ever spent.

First of all, I have to say that this is a very good product. It has helped me a lot with my dog's bathing problems. My dog's skin disease has been with him for nearly a year, so he has been resisting bathing and has to bathe. Until I use this brush, it gradually accepts and enjoys bathing, which is really amazing. The only fly in the ointment is that I was reminded that this product was out of stock in the US warehouse after purchase, so I waited about two weeks to receive it. As it turns out, the wait was worth it.

This feeder is GREAT. so great, that i replaced my other 2 auto feeders that were working just fine. i have 3 of these now, because all of my furry kids want different food. they all need diets too. i can setup a ton (okay, perhaps a dozen, but after only having 4 previously, i feel like it's a ton) of feed schedules for each one. i can click the radial buttons for on/off of each schedule. on each schedule i can pick quantity given out. i can push a button to give a manual feeding, and select the portion. right now i'm working from home, and the kids come and complain about lack of food, i just have to push the button! they hear it go and off they run, leaving me to work in peace and QUIET. the recording option is alright. not a fan of hearing my voice yell out 'higgie butt' every time, so it's off now. dude, you can pick how many times you hear 'higgie butt'. it tells you when you don't have food. you can see how much food is in the hopper. my only negative...okay, maybe two if i try hard. 1. plugged in seems to be required. i wasn't able to get it to give out food without ac power. 2. the bowl is on the small side. (that is why you see photos of other people using their own bowls. but that is it for negatives, and i'm obviously living with them just fine. [btw, my other feeder made me cycle through 39 portions, cycle through the clock, put on my glasses to see the analog screen...someone else can have those feeders now, but you can't have my new feeders]. just do it.

My dog is a 5 year old 70 lb golden retriever. In the summer I often have to shave it most of the time to clean it because its hair is so long. It wasn't until I came across this cleaning brush that I realized that bathing him is also a very convenient thing. He doesn't have to go out naked anymore lol

I travel a lot for my lifestyle and needed an automatic feeder to take care of my cat while I am away. I was originally concerned that this feeder does not connect to wifi or send me phone notifications if it runs out of food/food gets stuck in its chute like other automatic feeders on the market so I wanted to wait before leaving my review. However, it's been over 3 months now and I am happy to report that I have not had any issues: it dispenses the food regularly, keeps everything well sealed even after 3 months stored in the feeder and follows the set feeding time schedule to the minute. Its 4 meals a day and 4 portions per meal dispersal is more than adequate for my 6 lb cat though I do wish that each portion could be a little smaller so I can finetune her diet. For the price of the feeder though, this is a minor concern. If you want a no-fuss, long-lasting feeder that does its job, you've found it here

We are so happy with this feeder. The timer feature is what drew us to this model, and we have been more than satisfied with its performance. We originally bought it for the days that we knew we would not be home in time to feed our 70+ pound dog. We used it a few times while we were with him so that he would become used to the feeder and understand that he would get his food from it instead of me or my husband. We (and he) were so happy with the feeder, we let him use it for his evening meal every day. We decided against using the small removable bowl as we were concerned he might think it's a toy and play with it. He is very strong and we weren't sure if it would be durable enough to survive his chewing on it. Instead, we let the kibbles fall into the bowl holder, which is also removable (but not by the dog) and easy to wash. The only drawback I can think of was the confusion and difficulty we had in trying to figure out the correct setting for the amount of kibbles we wanted dispensed. But overall, we love it and would definitely order it again.

Everything was fine, but when I received the order, the brushes were mailed in the wrong color. (I originally wanted to buy green, but the delivery was blue) The customer service actively communicated with me about this problem. In the end I agreed to keep the blue style and received a 10% discount.

My cat is one of the smart cats. He can break into things. He clawed at the floor vents, not giving up until he could remove them and explore the ventilation system. He knew the buttons and turned on my speaker system with his fangs and looked at the lights. For most feeders, he's like a three-year-old squeezed into a teddy bear vending machine. Finding a good feeder for him is a challenge! The problem is solved. This feeder has a nice lock on the top cover and my cat can't reach in and brush food between feeding times. Had to hold down the lock on the screen so he couldn't open it. Humans, if you can program a coffee machine, you can too. Super easy to program and reliable :)
