We're gotten several sleeves for our dog suffering from a hygroma on her elbow. Some are very durable but thick, stiff and uncomfortable for her. Others are too easy for her to get under and lick the skin. This is really the best one: light weight and comfortable, one strap across her back is sufficient to hold it in place, she doesn't get under it, the padding at the elbow is thick enough to protect. The rest of the sleeve is light fabric. Inexpensive enough to buy two and switch for cleaning.
