Sophie is old, blind, and 21 pounds overweight. This product actually fits her short hind legs and wide torso. The knee brace doesn't feel tight on my arthritic left knee, which is great. The support of the belt both limited her stride and shifted weight from her knees. Delighted with the support she received, she started walking up and down the kitchen, wagging her tail. She was still limping, but far less painful and noticeably less painful.
